1, specifications and quality requirements

7 Sealing: flat, firm, and tightly sealed.

8 compound: uniform, firm, no wrinkle, no air bubbles, the minor part can only have one air bubble with diameter less than 1mm within 250px2.

9 Appearance: The finished product is clean and does not allow obvious dirt.

2, inspection methods and acceptance rules

1 Finished product specifications: pattern position and overprint error, measured with ruler, tape measure, scale magnifier.

2 Ink color fastness test: Using a medical tape on the 1020mm printing surface, the slow stickiness was measured twice.

3 Sealing fastness test: After inflating the bag and hitting it with the palm of your hand, the bag is broken and the seal is not opened, or the film is pinched and sealed with the fingers of the two fingers and the index finger.

(4) Sealing test: The water in the bag shall be hung for ten minutes without sealing.

5 remaining indicators: the bag is loaded with a liner, with five times the magnifying glass: visual inspection from the 500mm.

6 When accepting the user's unit: You can remove the 1-2 packs for sampling inspection. If you find unqualified, you can double check and double check. If you still fail, you can repair, make up, and compensate according to the situation.

3, signs, packaging, transportation and storage
