During the salt spray test, there are three requirements for the placement of the sample:

Second, the sample can not touch the box, nor can they contact each other;
Third, the sample should not be placed in the position where the salt spray is directly sprayed.
For large samples or some regular products, the above conditions are well met. However, for some small parts, such as screws, nuts or gaskets, the following problems are generally encountered when doing salt spray tests:
1. The unique identification of the sample cannot be visually reflected;
2. Because the parts are relatively small, the sample is placed directly on the V-shaped rack. The fog on the V-shaped rack may increase the corrosion of the bottom of the sample, which may result in deviation of the test results or invalid test.
So how do you solve these problems?
Very simple, prepare some signage straps, and use oily pens to uniquely identify the test specimens on the signage. For a sample with a hole, the cable tie can be passed through the hole and attached to the O-shaped shelf; the sample without the hole is directly attached and then hung on the shelf. It is generally recommended to use a nylon cord to hang the pattern.
