1. Air leakage detection and air leakage test equipment

(b) Leakage air volume detection and air leakage volume test working principle: When testing, start the fan, inject air volume into the test air duct, and pass the frequency conversion speed control device to control the air duct pressure within the required test pressure range and keep it constant. According to the pressure of the fan inlet flow test tube, check the flow meter to obtain the air volume of the fan inlet, which is the air leakage of the air duct when the air pipe is under the pressure.

U-type pressure gauge - used to determine the pressure of the duct (test)
Steel tape measure - used to measure the surface area of ​​the duct
Hand drill - used to open pressure taps and air intakes on the test duct
Power supply board - AC220V, providing power supply to the air duct leakage test device and hand drill
Glass glue gun, glass glue - used for the sealing of the air pipe and the pressure measuring hole and the air inlet port and the air leakage hole of the sealing plate at both ends of the air pipe.
Third, the air leakage detection and air leakage test steps
1, determine the test pressure
According to the drawings and specifications, determine the test duct (segment) and test pressure, and combine the on-site environment to prepare the test plan.
2, sealing
All the openings of the tested duct system are sealed with steel plates, and sealant is applied to the closed joints to ensure the quality of the seals.
3, pressure tap and intake pipe interface
In the test duct selection pressure hole (φ6mm) and the inlet pipe (φ50mm) interface, the hole size should be the same as the interface of the Q89 air leakage tester.
4, surface area measurement
The surface area of ​​the tested duct was measured with a steel tape measure.
5, take over
(1) Connect the U-type pressure gauge vent to the pressure tap on the test duct with a φ6mm hose;
(2) Connect the air outlet of the Q89 air leakage tester to the test air duct intake pipe with a φ50mm hose;
(3) Connect the inclined micro-pressure gauge to the inlet flow test tube of the Q89 air leakage tester with a φ6mm hose.
