3. Three-level maintenance

1. Paper feeding mechanism
The principle of daily insurance: once a week, daily shift maintenance every Friday.
The maintenance contents are as follows.
(1) Lubricate the paper-suction suction linear guide with grease first, and check the linear bearing and guide for wear.
(2) Add oil to the central bearing of the swinging paper stopper at the front of the paper feed, because the paper powder and paper wool are very easy to cause the swinging paper stopper to dry friction due to lack of oil.
(3) Clean the paper wool and dirt at the cardboard, front and side gauges; use a soft cloth to clean the front eye, side eye, over-detection eye and ultrasonic double-eye; one oil hole on the AB side of the side rule Lubricate with engine oil.
(4) Clean the teeth and shafts of the swing tooth transfer roller. Swing teeth open-tooth bearing and paper-rolling open-tooth bearing are lubricated with grease.
2. Printing unit
Daycare principles: Day shifts maintain groups 1 to 4 and night shifts maintain groups 5 to 8. Every Monday the first shift group 1, night shift group 5, Tuesday shift group 2 and night shift group 6, and so on for maintenance.
The maintenance contents are as follows.
(1) The maintenance of the impression cylinder includes two aspects: one is to clean the roller pillow on the surface of the impression cylinder. Do not use strong acidic solvents (such as plate cleaner, wetting powder, rubber reducing agent, etc.) and ink cleaners, including Chlorine cleaning agent, etc .; second, clean the greasy dirt and dirt on the gripper shaft, check whether the gripper teeth are deformed, lubricate the gripper teeth opening bearings, and apply grease to the gripper teeth opening and closing protuberances Appropriate amount of chain oil lubrication.
(2) Clean the rubber roller and the exposed parts of the roller pillow and roller, and check whether the rubber cloth is damaged and whether the tightness is appropriate.
(3) Clean the plate cylinder and roller pillow, plate clamps, and dirt on the wall plates on both sides.
(4) Check the ink roller and water roller, if there is calcium, remove it in time, check whether the bearing at both ends of the rubber roller is damaged, if it is damaged, replace it in time or explain to the next team, notify the maintenance personnel to deal with it in time, so as not to cause the bearing seat or bearing Excessive wear and tear of the sleeve.
(5) Check the six bearings on both ends of the ink fountain for damage, and lubricate them with grease. Pay special attention to clean the ink fountain only with a plastic ink knife. Do not use aggressive chemicals or iron brushes on the ink fountain. Do not use reducing cleaning agents.
(6) Clean the water head disc and check whether the upper and lower water pipes are blocked or damaged.
(7) Paper transfer roller (one-shot cannon): remove the dirt on the shoulder irons on both sides of the roller, clean the gripper tooth shaft, and lubricate the open tooth bearing with grease
(8) Clean the ink and dirt on the equipment cover and pedals.
The above cleaning operation must be completed after the drying device is completely closed and wait for 2 to 5 minutes.
