Simply speaking, the wheel becomes smaller, the speed of the rotation becomes slower, the speed difference is formed, the small paper feed wheel and the delivery. The speed difference of the paper roll is generated, so that the paper feeding accuracy naturally causes an error.
3. The hardening of the paper feed roller will result in lower paper feeding accuracy.
The paper feed roller and paper feed roller are made of rubber. Once the rubber hardness is hardened, the friction of the paper feed will be reduced, and the conveying effect can only be transmitted by increasing the pressure.

Daily maintenance of the paper feed roller:

Specific method: first plug the feeler between the two paper feed rollers, adjust to the paper feed roller to completely bite the feeler gauge, check whether the dial dial data is consistent with the thickness of the feeler gauge, if it is inconsistent, further adjustment is needed.
2. The paper feed roller should be cleaned regularly to avoid oil stains and paper scraps jamming the paper feed roller bearings.
