In order to promote the protection and utilization of industrial heritage and the development of industrial culture, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology recently issued the Interim Measures for the Administration of National Industrial Heritage, and carried out the protection and utilization of national industrial heritage from the aspects of certification procedures, protection management, utilization development, supervision and inspection. Relevant management work has been clearly defined. The Measures shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation. It is understood that the national industrial heritage referred to in the Measures refers to the industrial heritage that has been formed in the long-term development of China's industry and has high historical value, scientific and technological value, social value and artistic value, and has been identified by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

So far, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has identified two batches of 53 national industrial heritages, among which five textile-related industrial heritage projects are listed among them: the first batch of Baoji Shenxin Yarn Factory and Linghu Silk Factory. The second batch of state-owned 751 factory, Dasheng yarn factory, Qingdao Guomian five factory.
