It is easy to operate and is used in supermarket electronic scales and POS price tags and other retail industries. The use of thermal paper labels requires certain requirements for the storage environment, and it should be dry at room temperature.

Common film-type self-adhesive materials are roughly classified into chemical synthetic film PE (polyethylene), chemical synthetic film PET (polyester), chemical synthetic film PP (polypropylene), synthetic paper and the like. Membrane materials are waterproof, oil resistant, not easy to tear, and resistant to high temperatures. Suitable for electronics, home appliances, automotive, chemical and other industries.

White PE, anti-water, oil and chemical products are important product labels, used for daily chemical and detergent labeling, good material extrusion performance, good dimensional stability, good low temperature strength, and printing with resin ribbon. good. White PET, a product label that is more important for water, oil, and chemicals, such as labels for daily chemicals and detergents that are attached to PET bottles or packaging. Good dimensional stability, high tensile strength, high tear strength and stiffness, and good heat resistance. It works well with resin ribbon printing. (PET has white, matte silver, transparent and thick distinction).

White PP, a product label that is more important for water, oil and chemicals, is used in detergents and cosmetics labels. Good gloss and dimensional stability, high tensile strength, mostly used for printing, with resin ribbon printing, good results. (As with the above products, PP also has a distinction between color and thickness).

Synthetic paper, water resistant, oil resistant, good tensile strength, high tear strength, and printing with resin ribbon, the effect is extremely good. This material is a very advantageous material in the market between its price and its own material. Printing and multi-color printing are very obvious.

The film material also has a heat sensitive film PP polypropylene. For information labels, it is especially suitable for baggage belts that require firmness, manufacturing process labels, and short-term outdoor use labels.

Labels that are typically printed using thermal transfer can meet more complex and demanding usage requirements:

Long-term storage: Labels printed using thermal transfer can be stored for a longer period of time depending on the material of the label and the material used for the ribbon. For example, product labels for durable products and equipment are usually printed on PP using resin-based ribbons. PET durability label, stored for 3-5 years, or even longer.

High temperature resistance: Some labels that are attached to the hot part of the product and need to be used in a high temperature environment can be printed by thermal transfer.
