Offset printing ink roller cleaning

The rubber scraper equipped with several old offset presses in our factory was deformed due to abrasion and aging of the ink strip, and the ink receiving groove was deformed. When the ink roller was cleaned, it was time-consuming and laborious, and the effect was still poor. However, if the ink roller cleaning is not clean, it will not only accelerate the aging and hardening of the ink roller, but also can not transfer the ink well during printing, which increases the maintenance cost and affects the quality of the printed product.

Now, our approach is to put the ink roller in the OFF position, add some No. 6 varnish on the rubber roller, do not put water, use the old paper to press and print, add the gasoline or cleaning agent to the ink roller while printing. After a few hundred ink rollers, they are basically clean. After cleaning the plate with warm cloth, wipe the glue, and then clean the rubber and the impression cylinder.
