Shanxi developed a polyurethane resin for thermal insulation

A thermal insulation material GR-1 polyurethane resin was successfully developed by Shanxi Province Chemical Research Institute Synthetic Materials Factory. The resin is used for the pouring of aluminum alloy door and window material to cut off heat emission. Industrial tests have shown that the physical properties, technological properties and mechanical properties of the resin have all reached the level of polyurethane resins of Asia Pacific.
GR-1 polyurethane resin is a one-step reaction system. A component is a mixture of oligomer polyol and functional additive. Part B is polyisocyanate and modified polyisocyanate. It is a low viscosity liquid at room temperature. The gelation time of this system is 60s-180s, hardness is greater than Shore D80, bending strength is greater than 60MPa, tensile strength is greater than 50MPa, thermal conductivity is less than 0.23W/(m@K), flame retardancy reaches FV-O, thermal deformation The temperature is 50°C-60°C.
