Asahi Kasei Corporation has developed a new type of acrylic fiber that absorbs moisture and can be quickly dried. The invention of this kind of fiber can warm the underwear market in Japan. Different from the traditional wide underwear, use this new fiber underwear. This acrylic fiber is three times more woolly and six times more cotton than cotton. This fiber is only one-third the thickness of wool, so it is lightweight and has a soft feel.
