The machine is used for 100% product inspection on the production line. It can be tested at a fixed location or integrated with the production line for full-line testing. New instruments can be connected to PC or PLC systems and can share information with other devices.

Input of test parameters, using the touch screen input on the front panel, can input a variety of parameters, including filling stability time, min/max pressure, leakage test limit, accept or allow upper and lower limits, scale parameters, and so on. The touch screen can also change functions and display modes, such as application conditions and self-diagnosis modes. The machine also has a set protection function. All test parameters and other functions can be password protected. In order to achieve rapid switching of test conditions, the instrument can save 99 sets of test procedures. The built-in diagnostic system can shorten setup time and provide error codes to shorten the time required for inspection.

There is a vacuum fluorescent display on the front panel of the device for reporting test parameters, dynamically displaying test results, and final acceptance/rejection status. The status is automatically displayed with different identifiers without the need for operator judgment.
