U.S. companies make food-controlled air fresh wrap

This is a packaging material made by Hercules Corporation of the United States using a new type of polymer film with tiny pores. The film can control the exchange of carbon dioxide and oxygen in the package and maintain an optimal atmosphere that can slow down the breathing of fruits and vegetables. It can also be used as a label to directly cover the air vents of sealed containers. By combining the proper packaging materials with the characteristics of fresh foods, the optimal atmosphere within the bags can be controlled.
