2. Management’s emphasis

For some of the larger orders or products with higher requirements, it is very effective to open a pre-production briefing session before production. A lot of work is done in front to avoid detours and the loss can be reduced a lot.

The question of the status of the quality department in the company depends on the importance of the top management of the company. I think this is the most important point. As long as the boss is concerned about this work, the quality department has a higher status in the company. The boss attaches great importance to quality. Then the company's employees will also pay attention to quality, and the long-time emphasis on the quality of the wind is formed. Naturally, it becomes the habit of each company employee, and quality work is easy to carry out. Everyone who value quality must not be inferior in quality.

What does the top leader of a company attach importance to, and what employees at all levels in the company will follow? So whether the quality of a company is highly valued, the attitude of the boss is critical.

The boss of Starlight describes the status of the Quality Department very clearly: You are all policemen! Quality managers not only check and control the quality of products, but also have the responsibility of proclaiming quality work.

3. Quality Department's own construction

The construction of the quality department itself is also very important. A quality department that does not have the ability to judge is not able to carry out quality work in a meaningful manner. The overall quality of the quality department should be high, and the cultural level should be higher than high school. It is advisable to select from among the production staff who have strong expression and communication skills, and to provide sufficient training before taking up the job. The training content mainly includes the following aspects.

(1) Understand and master the quality requirements of the company's current customers.
(2) Quality management workflow.
(3) The most common quality problems in the current process.
(4) Knowledge of the entire printing process. This point is very important, quality personnel should understand the entire production process, to be able to understand the quality of the problem, in order to be able to stand in a higher perspective to deal with all kinds of quality problems.
(5) For a newcomer who has just entered the printing industry, he must also have basic knowledge of printing training.

4. Make full use of statistics and charts

Making full use of statistical analysis data and charts, many of the company's statistical analysis charts are very beautiful, but they are not used, just a bunch of flowers.

The statistical analysis data and charts should be true. The chart data should include the content of the direct economic loss caused by the quality, and the presentation of such a chart to the boss, the relevant departments will really pay attention to it (each boss is the most unacceptable waste The relevant departments will also analyze the statistical results, formulate corresponding improvement measures, and continuously improve the company's quality management level.

According to my work experience, the role of statistical analysis is to find out the problems of regularity and the focus of the problem. From this point of view, as long as the chart can explain the problem, the simpler the better. I think the histogram, Plato, and line chart are basically enough.
