Non-carbonated beverage magnetic induction flow meter filling machine

KHS recently introduced the Innofill NV series rotary flow meter filling machine, which is mainly used for the filling of non-carbonated beverages in plastic bottles. This filling machine has a speed of 6,000 to 60,000 bottles per hour and can fill bottles of sizes from 100 ml to 5 liters.

The Innofill NV filler uses magnetic-inductive flowmeters and has buttons that change the size and capacity of the bottle. Free jet filling valves are used for non-contact filling.

"Because the bottle mouth is not squeezed and sealed by the filling valve, this means that the microbiological and hygiene safety during the filling process can be maximally guaranteed," said KHS. "At the same time, this method eliminates the lifting elements needed to press the bottle against the filling valve, which reduces component wear and thus reduces maintenance and hygiene."

The NV series filling machines have single-stage and secondary filling capacities, and a newly developed airlock is installed at the product outlet to prevent drip leakage. This airlock also allows a certain amount of solids to pass through, mainly for the purpose of pouring the pulp from a beverage containing a lot of pulp. The machine contains a Cleaning In Place System (CIP), which uses a cleaning plate that automatically reaches the underside of the filling valve so that the cleaning agent continuously circulates.
