Medical grade polyolefin

Borealis said it has developed a series of polyolefins for health care. Bormed's family of resins, including PP, LDPE, and HDPE, can be used for injection molding and blow molding into medical devices such as pharmaceutical and diagnostic packaging. Its properties include: good radiation resistance, transparency and chemical inertness at 121°C, high resistance to environmental stress cracking.
