MetoceimX50081 products

The Metoceim X50081 product produced by Targor, a joint venture between BASF and Hoechst, has the strength of homopolypropylene and the transparency of random copolymerization PP; currently it mainly produces injection grade products as raw materials for thin-walled and transparent packaging products, and its production capacity will reach 60 kt/a. The product has a high degree of random copolymer PP good transparency at the same time, its impact strength increased by 60%, even higher than the common homopolymer PP material. In addition, because of its narrow molecular weight distribution, the product is not easy to warp and deform when applied to thin-walled products. Compared with PS materials, it also has features such as high transparency, low density, and good heat resistance. The material has good melt fluidity and mold release, and is easy to process. It can be used for pharmaceutical and dairy product packaging and various food and cosmetic containers.
