Waste plastic recycling process

1. Plastics are first placed in a separate collection box
2. Classifying and separating the collected plastics by plastic type
3. The classified plastic is compressed, shredded, or ground into a film or a chip.
4. The compressed plastic is washed with water to remove dirt
5. Washed plastic film or chips to dry for processing
6. The cleaned plastic is melted and then extruded or powdered into recycled plastics as a secondary raw material market, or directly into recycled products.
