Standardizing the Production of Quality Assurance Caps for Corrugated Box Manufacturers

At present, many corrugated boxes exported to Europe and the United States require the printing of corrugated box manufacturers' quality assurance stamps. According to the new rules of the United States Railway Transport Regulations, the new corrugated box manufacturers' quality assurance seals must adopt the marginal pressure strength quality assurance chapter instead of the old rupture quality assurance chapter, all in English format. This should pay attention to the new format when designing the layout.

The same parts of the old and new corrugated cartons manufacturer quality assurance chapters are:

1. Corrugator manufacturer name:
2. Corrugator manufacturer location:
3. BOXCERTIFICATE:
4. Consisting of corrugated paperboard types: SINGLE WALL, DOUBLE WALL or TRIPLE WALL;

5. The performance of corrugated box must meet the requirements specified in the guarantee chapter (BOXMEETSALLCONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS OF APPLICABLE FREIGHTCLASSIFICATION);

6. Corrugated carton comprehensive size limit (SIZELIMIT) in INCHES;

7. Corrugated box plus total weight limit of contents (GROSS WT.LT.) in LBS.

The old Rupture Quality Assurance Chapter contains the following information:

1. Burst strength (BURSTINGTEST) in LBS. PER. SQ. INCH, a seven-ply paperboard corrugated carton is replaced with a puncture strength;

2. Corrugated paperboard plus paperboard plus weight requirements (MIN.COMB WT.FACINGS) in LBS. PER. M. SQ. FT.

The new Edge Pressure Quality Assurance chapter has been replaced by the following:

Edge compression strength EDGE CRUSHTEST (ECT) in LBS/IN.
