Polyethylene plastic film adhesive

The Chemical Research Institute of Hejiang County, Luzhou, Sichuan Province has successfully developed a non-toxic, non-polluting, quick-drying polyethylene agricultural film adhesive.

The adhesive is made of organic raw materials, catalysts and other additives mixed and polymerized to produce a light yellow transparent liquid with high viscosity, high elasticity, low temperature, acid and salt resistance, water resistance and aging resistance. When used, only the adhesive can be uniformly applied to the surface of the film, and the two films can be attached when the adhesive is not sticky.

Adhesives can be exposed to the sun for a long time without degumming. They do not crack at low temperatures of -40°C, but remain elastic at temperatures above 40°C. The adhesive has the characteristics of convenient on-site use and no environmental pollution, and can also be used for the bonding of polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride and foamed polyethylene products and the compounding of films.
