Therefore, PS version production plants must use high-quality aluminum coils to produce oversized versions.
The oversized version must be printed with a higher-grade printing machine, and the printing machine should have a good vacuum effect. When I do market technical service work, I often encounter the situation that the qualified printing plate cannot be printed due to the poor condition of the printing machine and the fact that the vacuum is not real.
The oversized PS version must be coated with a layer of air-conducting particles, which must have a good air-conducting effect, which is also a prerequisite for purchasing the oversized PS version.
In recent years, the small-size PS plate, that is, the amount of light-print PS plates we often say is also increasing. The light press not only prints monochrome office prints, but also prints a large number of color commercial prints, especially light prints of 510mm × 400mm size. The amount of the version is increasing day by day. Light printing PS plate is usually produced with 0.15mm thick aluminum plate.
The quality requirements for light-printed PS plates for printing color prints are still quite high, and the plates produced by PS plate factories with good conditions should be selected. For printing houses, don't plan to save money. Buying too cheap light-print PS plates to produce color prints will not meet the printing requirements.
If the printing plant wants to reduce the cost on the printing plate, it must improve the use conditions of the PS plate, and the development temperature must be controlled within the specified range. It is necessary to strengthen the standardization and standardization of plate-making, so that the prepared plates can be used on top of each other. This is the fundamental way to reduce costs and save consumables.
