The reason for this failure is that the proximity switch on the left side of the horizontal slide is not sensed or there is a problem. The solution is to adjust the sensing point of the left proximity switch or replace the proximity switch; there is also a micro switch in the foot switch that is stuck and does not move, which can also cause this fault. The solution is to adjust, repair or replace the micro switch in the foot switch.

The fourth fault phenomenon: stepping on the foot switch during semi-automatic operation, the slide moves down and then moves up, but not right. This phenomenon occurs because the proximity switch at the upper left of the vertical slide is not sensed or there is a problem with the proximity switch. The solution is to adjust the proximity sensor at the upper proximity switch or a better proximity switch.

The fifth kind of fault phenomenon: after the action is switched, the ascent action is slow by half a beat. This kind of fault is the control solenoid valve is blocked by foreign objects or the solenoid valve is faulty. The solution is to remove the solenoid valve to clean or replace the solenoid valve.

The sixth fault phenomenon: manual and semi-automatic all do not operate, the power light is on. The cause of this type of failure is that the fuse on the low voltage side is blown out, no gas source enters, and all the solenoid valves are faulty. The solution is to change the fuse on the low-voltage side and check whether the pressure reaches 4-7kg / cm. All the solenoid valves have a small fault, and most of them are disconnected.

The seventh fault phenomenon: automatic, semi-automatic start does not drop. This type of failure occurs when the proximity switch on the right side of the slide carriage is faulty or not sensed, the selector switch is faulty, or the single-action switch interlock point is damaged. The solution is to adjust the proximity switch induction or replace the right proximity switch, replace or repair the selector switch and single-action switch.

The eighth kind of failure phenomenon: automatic failure to start, this kind of failure is that the micro branch switch of the upper and lower cylinders is normally closed, the contact cannot be turned on or the timer is damaged. The solution is to repair the micro switch or replace the timer.

The ninth kind of failure phenomenon: the tabletop does not suck air. The cause of this kind of failure is that the suction motor burns.

The contactor that controls the operation of the motor is damaged and the suction motor rotates, but the control of the suction solenoid valve and the suction selector switch are faulty, and the solution is repaired or replaced.

The tenth failure phenomenon: the work surface does not suck, because the solenoid valve controlled by the suction is damaged or the internal block is damaged. The solution is to replace and repair.

The eleventh failure phenomenon: the vertical slide rises slowly, because the bearing of the vertical slide is free of oil or the cylinder piston wears, and the magnetic collision bends the axis. The solution is to replenish oil, replace the piston password, and adjust the axis.
