The first guide wheel of the new type printing press is located at the horizontal position of the outer edge of the second guide wheel corresponding to the axis line of the second guide wheel, and the press wheel is in contact with the second guide wheel vertically above the axis line corresponding to the outer edge of the second guide wheel. The printing wheel is located at the second guide wheel away from the entrance. The printing wheel is provided with a rubber plate just in contact with the plastic on the outer edge of the second guide wheel, and a rubber wheel having an outer diameter greater than the outer edge thereof is provided at the printing wheel. The printing wheel is in contact with the ink screen wheel at the side not in contact with the second guide wheel, and another rubber wheel corresponding to the rubber wheel of the printing wheel is provided at the ink screen wheel, and the ink rubber wheel is set at the ink screen. On the side where the wheel is not in contact with the printing wheel, an ink tank is provided at the bottom of the ink rubber wheel. This new type of printer is simple in design, ensures no errors in graphics and text printing, improves the yield of finished products, and lowers manufacturing costs.
