1. Packaging items are arranged in a regular number of counting method (1) Accumulation counting method so that items have a certain regular arrangement, according to a certain length, height, volume, get a certain number, this method is often divided into the following categories:
a. Length counting method This counting method is commonly used in biscuit packaging, matchbox packaging, cloud cake packaging, cigarette packaging and so on. b. Volumetric counting method This method is commonly used in cigarette counting machines and match-boxing machines for counting and metering. Figure 9-20 shows that the matchsticks are loaded in a matchbox in a silo and the silo is driven by a cam mechanism to vibrate. In order to avoid bridging, the matchstick can be filled with the measuring chamber smoothly, and the gate is controlled by the cam mechanism to open and close the time. c. Accumulation count method Stack count method is mainly used for different varieties, and each variety has a certain number of counting packages, as shown in Figure 9-21. The measuring principle of the rotating wheel counting method is basically the same as that of the rotary table. The hole (blind hole) is on the rotating wheel. The rotating wheel relies on turbulence to make the material automatically fill the measuring hole in the hopper. It can be used for automatic package measurement of small diameter granular materials such as jelly beans, steel balls, and buttons.
Counting scale counting method, which is a kind of scale manufactured using the principle of leverage, the counting principle of the scale is: using various forms of inequality, such as a very large scale or a hundredth scale. When measuring objects on these scales, the weight used for a stable weight with the objects to be weighed may be 1/10 or 1/100 of the objects being counted. The metered quantity of the item is placed on the load-bearing device, while the same item used for smoothness is placed on the other small weight plate. Then multiply the number of items in this tray by the arm ratio (10, 100, etc.) shown on the balance bar to find the number of items on the load-bearing device. On a similar scale, if its arm ratio is 10 or 100, it is also possible to measure the same 10 or 100 times the number of items, which is the number of items.
