The following sections give detailed introductions. 1. Rotary cutting machine This machine is installed behind the double-sided machine. The purpose is to cut off and discharge the poorly-bonded cardboard when replacing the cardboard specifications, and to cut off the end of the replacement cardboard.
The rotary cutting machine is a soft cut, the cutter is mounted on the upper roller, and the surface of the lower anvil roller is pressed off when the urethane rotates. Each revolution, cutting once, operation is divided into a cutting and continuous cutting in two ways. The length of the knife is 1650mm, so the effective cutting width is 1600mm. Both ends of the anvil roll are supported by guide plates, and adjusting the adjusting bolt can easily change the cutting pressure. Behind the cutter, there is a opening and closing baffle, which is controlled by the cylinder. When the bad cardboard needs to be removed, the baffle plate is tilted and the bad cardboard is introduced into the waste paper removing rack.
Operational notes:
When the corrugated board is transported, depending on the length of the bad board to be removed, the button (single cutting or continuous cutting) is selected. The machine will continuously cut and adjust it to cut twice. If necessary, it can be adjusted to 3 to 4 times to adjust the line. The time in the circuit breaker can be.

Repair and maintenance:
Regular inspection work:
a. Check the lubrication of shafts, transmission wheels, chains, etc. daily.
b. Check the surface of the cutter and anvil roller daily.
c. Check whether the magnetic switch and cylinder are in normal operation every day.
d. Replace the reducer lubricant every six months to check the working conditions of the clutch and brake.
Adjustment and replacement:
a. Adjustment of the pressure of the anvil roll, keeping the knife adjusted to cut into urethane about 2mm.
b. After the anvil roll is worn or the knife is worn out, it should be replaced.
c. The anvil roll must be replaced with a new one after grinding 4mm. When replacing the lubricating plate, bearing, sprocket, etc. supporting it, the anvil roller can be taken out. When the anvil roller is installed, the depth of the knife is adjusted and the parallelism with the upper roller is used to fix the supporting plate. (to be continued)
