The Mellins Packaging Plant in Australia has developed a dedicated vegetable and fruit packaging carton for the packaging of agricultural and sideline products containing fruits and vegetables. The inside and outside of the carton are coated with a layer of polypropylene or polyethylene in order to maintain the moisture content of the contents.
