U.S. launches juice filling and sealing device

Pillar Technolgies, Wisconsin, USA, has developed a fully sealed device for juice cans to ensure that juices are protected from the harmful effects of hot gases and vapors from the filling line to the packaging crucible. When the filling temperature is lower than 250°F, the requirements for killing the bacteria can still be met while maintaining the stability of the filling. A temperature below 250°F guarantees that the filled plastic bottles, especially HDPE bottles, will not collapse when they are filled vertically.
Since the filling and filling is in a completely closed state, so as to maintain the juice acid, such as the pH value of citrus acid, it is suitable for packaging low-acid beverages. The HDPE bottle is made by a co-extrusion blow mold method. The filling and filling speed is 32 ounces and 200 bottles/min. The bottle making equipment adopts the Foiler Model 2424 Pillar, and the capping device is attached, and the sealed box membrane is used to ensure the sealing. The device consumes 4KW.
