Vantone Develops Paper-plastic Composite Packaging Machine

Mudanjiang Wantong Company has recently developed a paper-plastic composite packaging machine. The packaging machine has changed the traditional process of the two paper production lines of small paper bag packaging and loading to achieve the completion of the bagging and filling machine, greatly reducing the cost and filling the domestic gap.

In the past, the packaging of sucrose and other products required two sets of equipment for bagging, loading and packaging. The cost of packaging was high, and manual packaging was likely to cause secondary pollution. This new type of packaging machine, using its own patented technology, realizes all processes such as the feeding of the wrapping paper, paste making, material measurement, and bagging and sealing in one machine, and the cost per bag can be reduced by 60%.
