Cleaning method for clean laminar flow cover
1. Check if the laminar flow cover is clean. If there is dust, remove the dust first.
2. Use a disinfectant to scrub the front and back of the laminar flow hood before using the laminar flow hood.
3. Adjust the fan voltage adjustment knob to the “zero†position to see if the fuses are intact.
4. Press the main switch of the power supply, gradually rotate the adjusting knob, increase the voltage, and use the wind speed to measure the straight laminar wind speed after the laminar flow hood starts to supply air. Gradually increase the voltage until the straight laminar wind speed reaches 0.35 m/s or more.
5. After the end, the voltage knob should be turned back to the “zero†position, and then the power switch should be turned off.
6. The mask of the laminar flow hood should be cleaned once a week with water for injection and then scrubbed with 35% alcohol.
7. When the air volume and wind pressure cannot make the wind speed>0.2m/s, the high efficiency filter should be replaced.
8. When replacing the high-efficiency filter, open the laminar flow mask cover plate, loosen the fixing screw inspection, replace it, and press it tightly to reinstall the upper cover plate.
