Gome plans to open 2,000 county stores and custom home businesses in three years to deepen cooperation

On December 5, Gome revealed at the 32nd anniversary celebration that Gome continued to deepen the county store layout. It is expected to open 2,000 county stores in the next three years to meet the consumption upgrade needs of the third to sixth-tier markets.

He Yangqing, chairman of the Gome Retail Executive Committee and president of the service sector, said at the meeting that in the new retail stage, the core strategy of Gome's retail future will focus on five transformations, from home appliance retailers to “home & life” overall solution providers. Commodity management has changed from user management to business district operation, from online and offline separation to online and offline integration, from retailers to service providers.

At the new business level, Gome and Ou Pai Home, Zhibang Home, Gold Kitchen Cabinet, Piano, I Le and other domestic top ten famous brands reached a strategic cooperation to explore the custom experience space of cabinet appliances. In the near future, it has reached a strategic cooperation with IXINA, the largest kitchen and kitchen retail chain in France, and will open 150 IXINA stores nationwide in the future.

Gome has also launched a home improvement business with brands such as Love Space, Big Tree Decoration, and Shangpin Home Furnishing. Now it has introduced home improvement business in 146 stores nationwide.
