Pull rope (rubber band) cheating method

Hang the rope or rubber band on the scale platform. When weighing, gently pull the rope or rubber band to increase the weight.

Covering subtitles

In the left side of the five-digit display window of the electronic scale, the two sides are covered with black tape (selling aquatic products or with fish scales), and only three display windows can be visually observed. When weighing, the input unit price is higher than the actual unit price. The weight display at this time is correct. The three digits of the unit price display window are also correct, but the decimal point position is wrong. As a result, the total amount is increased. Other vendors deliberately piled goods and other items in front of the subtitle screen of the electronic scale, so that customers can not see the unit price on the subtitles, and then report the weight and amount. If not pay attention, they may be deceived by the merchant.

Switch cheating

Convert the “Zero” button on the operator panel to a cheat switch. When weighing, press the “Zero” button, the weight display will increase by 10% to 40%. Convert the "Accumulate" button to a cheat switch. When weighing, press the accumulation button, the weight display will increase by 10% to 40%. Add one or two dark cheat switches to the pinch of the numeric or function keys. When weighing, press the dark switch in the nip, the weight display will increase by more than 10%, and the maximum can be increased by about 60%. Add one or two cheat switches to the bottom. When weighing, press the switch installed at the bottom, the weight display will increase by more than 10%, and the maximum can be increased by about 60%. A magnetic cheat switch is installed on both sides of the machine. When weighing, hold a small magnet close to any side of the casing, and the weight display will increase by about 20%.

Remote cheating

A remote control receiving device is installed in the machine. When weighing, in any direction within 12 meters of the electronic scale, as long as the remote control transmitter is pressed, the weight display is increased by 20% to 40%.

Chip cheating

Press and hold the number key “3” or other number keys while pressing, then press the number key “0”. Press "0" once, put the item, the weight display is increased by 10%; press "0" or three times "0" twice, put the item, the weight display is increased by 20% or 30%.

Cushion cheating

If the scale is not flat, it is not allowed. Some vendors deliberately tilt the table, or use a cardboard pad to measure the height of the body.

Consumable selling cheating

The merchant intentionally does not place the weighing pan on the scale. When the customer purchases, press the unit price number, and then put the weighing pan with the product on the scale, and the weight of the disk becomes the weight of the product.

Magnetism cheating

A magnet is placed at the bottom of the electronic scale to change the price of the electronic scale subtitle screen. Consumers generally do not recognize whether the electronic scale has been modified, but there is still a way to recognize the true face of cheating electronic scales. Ordinary consumers will have key weights, bracelets and other fixed weight portable items, can become a "lie detector" of electronic scales, after weighing these items on a standard electronic scale, remember their weight, if you suspect the mall or There is a problem with the electronic scale of the hotel. Change factor cheating

Our usual weighing and weighing of electronic scales for shopping is based on “kg, kilograms” and is settled at “×××yuan/kg”. However, some operators use the price of the market, that is, 3 yuan / kg, and then converted into kilograms for settlement, the correct approach is to set the coefficient of the electronic scale to 2. However, individual illegal operators set the coefficient to a number greater than 2, such as 2.2, 2.3, and so on.
