4. The width of the individual fine lines should be greater than 0.2 mm.

5. In the flexographic printing, the engraving angle of the ink hole on the anilox roller is generally 45°. When using an ordinary anilox roller, the printing plate should avoid the use of a 45° cable angle to avoid appearance. Printed moiré.

6. Avoid designing wide and long bars and solids in the horizontal direction of the print cylinder, ideally diagonal lines, curves, wave lines, and other irregular curves.

7. Avoid large circular designs on the layout. Because when the plate is elastically stretched or elastically compressed, the regular geometric pattern becomes irregular and the circle becomes elliptical.

8. Avoid the exact overprinting requirements for tight seams.

9. The original coloring should take into account that the printer can print a few colors at most. In the use of ink stacking, it is not appropriate to use two equal-sized color blocks to superimpose one another, and it is possible to use local places for overprinting text or pattern patterns and overprinting local color patches on a large-area solid color patch.
