Application of ketone resin in black ink and its testing method

The use of ketones with good properties, appropriate mixing solvents, dyes and novel surfactants, and rheological measurements with the aid of the RV-100 Rheometer have made the results ideal for rheology. The characteristic index and viscosity-temperature coefficient keep the writing performance of the ink under different temperature conditions. After testing, its aging resistance, writing lubricity, oil splashing, and sealing are all higher than similar products in the market, and can be comparable to foreign advanced products. After verification, this product has reached a ministerial level ink index and is a new type of ink system.
