Good flow of PBT

The Pocan DPB 3225XF and 3235XF polyester grades provide exceptional flow, toughness and hydrolysis resistance. These PBT materials target thin-walled components with a complex set shape that needs to maintain their shape at temperatures up to 140°C. The melt viscosity of 3235XF is only half that of standard PBT, and high fluidity allows the processor to reduce injection pressure or injection. The temperature, the latter by rapid cooling can shorten the cycle time up to 30% in the existing mold.
