First, the processing technology and method

1. Comprehensive method for acid and alkali wastewater
This is a simple and economical method of waste disposal. In this method, acid and alkali wastewater are jointly introduced into the neutralization tank and mixed and stirred. The volume of the neutralization tank should be considered in terms of the amount of wastewater from 1.5 to 2.0 hours.

The dosage of the neutralizing agent is determined by the experimentally determined pH of the wastewater.
Lime is the most commonly used neutralizer for acidic water. It not only neutralizes any concentration of acidic wastewater, but also produces calcium hydroxide. 3. Filtering neutralization method

If the solubility of the neutralized product is small, an insoluble hard shell is formed on the surface of the filter particle to prevent the neutralization reaction from continuing, and the neutralization reaction fails. Therefore, according to the composition and treatment amount of the treated acidic wastewater, the filter material and the filter structure can be appropriately selected to achieve the best treatment effect.
Second, wastewater treatment facilities

1. Measurement of acidity and alkalinity of wastewater
