Coated Paper Adhesive Formula 2

(I) Vinyl Acetate 77 5g
Acrylic 20g
Itaconic acid 2.5g
(2) Kaolin 80g
Titanium 20g
Water 43g
Sodium hexametaphosphate 0.001g
26% ammonia 0.0031g
Preparation:
(1) The components are mixed and copolymerized. The copolymer has a solids content of 41% and the pH is adjusted to 9. The glass transition temperature is 24°C and the ingredients in (2)J are mixed. Adjust the pH value to 9, and apply (1) liquid l9 4g to the (2) solution to obtain a coating for coating.
