Kraft printing and ink

From a paper point of view, it is generally not necessary to use an offset press for full-length printing of kraft paper (better use of flexographic printing), because the surface of the kraft paper is rough, the texture is soft, the ink absorption is strong, the color of the print is dull and the printing will appear. The phenomenon that the ink pulls down the paper surface fiber (also called pulling off the paper hair) is quite different from the sample provided by the customer.

There was an order requesting full-scale printing of kraft paper (120g/m2) tote bags. It was decided to use Heidelberg CDl02-5+L (5-color sheetfed on-line glazing) Speedmaster offset printing.

Through comparison and analysis of papers, the use of varnish oil was carried out twice to make a bottom. After filling and covering the surface of the paper and printing, that is, wet and wet printing, the gloss of the printed product was better and the thickness of the ink layer was uniform.

Wall Spike

Wall spikes are a type of security device designed to prevent unauthorized access to a property. They are typically installed on walls, fences, and other structures to deter intruders from climbing over. Wall spikes come in various shapes and sizes, including metal spikes, plastic spikes, and barbed wire. They are often used in high-security areas such as prisons, military bases, and government buildings, but can also be used in residential and commercial properties. While they are effective in preventing unauthorized access, wall spikes can also pose a danger to animals and people who may accidentally come into contact with them. Therefore, it is important to use them responsibly and with caution.
