Jia He Decoration Design Director Su Bing [Reporter]: Hello, I am very happy to participate in the opening ceremony of our "Sit Down" exhibition in Shanghai. You just have to look at the original design of some of our furniture. What is your feeling? Can you share it with us?
[Su Bing]: First of all, I feel that many designs, especially furniture design, can enter Milan, which is also a way to prove their strength. I think there will be more designers going abroad in the future. After we see these original things, I also hope that more designers will join us in the original, because there are really few original furniture in China, especially those with some elements of Chinese tradition. Fewer, the impact of future furniture on China's entire furniture market is great, especially our customers, who are very adored with foreign furniture, how can our domestic designers make a difference in this, I think It is also a question that all designers need to think about. I saw more than 100 pieces of original furniture today. I think I am very proud as a designer, because we have the first start, which is what all designers hope to see in the future. I used to be in an interview. It has been said that the 21st century should belong to China, so the culture of the East will definitely affect the whole world, including China.
[Reporter]: A designer mentioned a problem with me. I said that the original furniture is not mass-produced. If it is not mass-produced, it may not develop in the future. Now the original furniture is only a small part of the people doing a small part. Things.
[Su Bing]: After I read more than 100 pieces of work today, I actually have this feeling. This feeling may be a question that a designer should think about. Just now you mentioned mass production. I think that to achieve a mass production, we must first solve the problem, that is, the audience is large. Many people recognize you, how to mass produce? After I read more than 100 pieces of work, I think there may be two major categories in it. One is to combine some of the furniture combined with design and use. Of course, considering the visual experience, there are also some factors of regional culture. In it, we also consider some of the ergonomic feelings, because in this case, you can develop in the future. First of all, the purpose of our seat is to be very comfortable. Why is the sofa in China for so many years, I think its comfort is the same as the previous tradition. The home has one of the biggest differences. There is another one that I have seen. There are quite a few artistic considerations in more than 100 works. I think it may emphasize the design more, and the comfort may not be very high. It is also a big problem for us to do mass production. In the end, we have to take the road of visualization or to use the road of utilization. I think that the two should be organically combined. This is the premise for quantifying a road in the future.
[Reporter]: The London Olympics is about to open. This year's Olympic Games is known as the Green Olympics. It is very environmentally friendly. Then return to our home, in the environmental design of the home, what do you think is doing at home in China?
[Su Bing]: First of all, I think environmental protection should be divided into two concepts. The first big concept, I just heard some teachers are discussing this issue. We Chinese people have a strong relationship with logs, including us. Classical furniture, everyone wants to have some wood furniture to do some wood, including some of the furniture designs we see today, there are also a lot of wood. Even I saw a more expensive chair, which was made with seal skin. In fact, I am very sad, because I think everyone is calling for environmental protection. If you want the world to let the earth coordinate and develop, I think The biggest problem is how do we develop some renewable resources, including many of my wood-based panels, including man-made woods, which I think can still be fully utilized. At this point, I saw the Universal Hotel, the hotel designed by our teacher, such a high-end hotel, actually did not use logs, I think this is also an environmental concept. We Chinese should pay attention to environmental protection, but I think environmental protection is just a concept of everyone, but it is still a very difficult thing to really implement it. There are two problems with this. The first one I just said, the Chinese people's feelings about the logs. Logs are non-renewable resources, because you use more, our China's population means that our planet's wood is reduced, so its development, including its growth, does not match our usage.
The second point is what affects the human body, but I think the impact on the earth is also very important, so I want to talk about two issues today. Environmental protection should be a big concept, a small concept, a big concept is the impact on the earth, if not In the big environment, we can't talk about our own little environmental protection. The first one is the concept of environmental protection in the environment. So how to use renewable resources, including the use of some environmentally-friendly materials and renewable resources, can provide more sustainable design for our furniture, including materials. The raw material, which is the most important consideration for furniture design. This is also the last time I was in an interview. Ask me if you want to talk about your own home. What should you do? I feel that we must be frugal. Thriftyism should be a way of life for modern people. Don't pursue so-called luxury. I also talked about the small concept. You have used natural resources and unlimited use of natural resources. It is sensuous and visually luxurious. It may also be a kind of harm to your own body and mind, including the body. Wood must be maintained through secondary maintenance, such as paint. The more you use, the more content you have at home, the more the proportion, the greater the impact on your entire family. Therefore, in the future, our interior furniture design is also good. What kind of direction should we take? In the future China, we will definitely move from blind consumption to rationality, and will develop more new works, including furniture design. More is in line with the living habits of modern people.
