Qingdao Aofu Fu launches vacuum beer barrel*

At the 2000 China International Brewery, Beverage Manufacturing Technology and Equipment Expo held in Beijing, the Guangde Lvzhou brand vacuum beer preservation barrels exhibited by Qingdao Aofu Fresh Containers Manufacturing Co., Ltd. were favored.
The Guangde Oasis brand vacuum beer preservation barrel is another great invention of Mr. Shi Guangde, the inventor of beer barrel in China. Eight years ago, Mr. Shi invented China's first-generation beer preservation barrels and made significant contributions to the development of the draft beer market. However, the first generation of products still had obvious shortcomings because of the use of air pressure wine technology in the air. Bacteria are prone to contaminate the wine while beer and air are oxidized and the preservation time is short. In order to solve this technical problem, Mr. Shi spent several years, with the help of multi-disciplinary experts, finally developed a second-generation fresh-keeping barrel for different types of gas pressure--vacuum beer preservation wine, and in 1999, September won the national patent.
The product has already been put into production by Qingdao Aofu Fresh Containers Manufacturing Co., Ltd. The company plans to develop 9 kinds of products with different specifications. This time, the company has developed three specifications for hotels, hotels, affiliates and households. The products are 25 liters, 20 liters and 4 litres respectively.
