In the blister heat sealing package, the plastic oil generates a binding effect under heating, and firmly bonds the paper card and the bulb. At room temperature, the plastic oil has the characteristics of a general varnish coating as a special varnish coating, that is, it has a certain gloss and abrasion resistance.
