Based on the previous research on waterborne varnish [1-2], this study developed a water-based plastic oil specifically designed for blister packaging through in-depth analysis of the blister packaging process, which not only satisfies the blister packaging requirements, but also In line with industry trends.

The blister-packed heat-sealing and encapsulation process is as follows: the bulb is pressed with a paper card coated with a plastic oil, and the bulb and the paper card are heated by electric heating or a high-frequency method; the softened bulb and the melted sucker The plastic oil is firmly bonded. After cooling, the blister, plastic oil and paper card are integrated to complete the plastic packaging process. In the blister heat sealing package, the plastic oil generates a binding effect under heating, and firmly bonds the paper card and the bulb. At room temperature, the plastic oil has the characteristics of a general varnish coating as a special varnish coating, that is, it has a certain gloss and abrasion resistance.
