2. Sealing: Place the items that need to be sterilized evenly, place them in an orderly place in the sterilization barrel, then put the sterilization barrel in the sterilizer, cover the upper cover, and insert the steam hose into the semicircular groove Inside. After aligning the upper and lower grooves, tighten the butterfly nut symmetrically to meet the sealing requirements (if there is an air leak during use, continue to tighten the nut to eliminate).
3. Heating: After energized heating, first put the vent valve catch in the vertical vent position to allow the cold air of the sterilizer to overflow. When steam is sprayed out, reset the vent valve catch. When the sterilization pressure reaches the required range, start to calculate the sterilization time according to different items.
4. Drying: When instruments, dressings, utensils, etc. need to be dried after disinfection, the steam deflation valve in the sterilizer can be exhausted after the disinfection is completed. When the pressure gauge is reset to zero 1-2 minutes. Then open the cover and continue heating for 10 minutes to achieve the purpose of drying.
Precautions:
1. Pay attention to the water level before each disinfection to avoid damage to the empty beaker of the electric heating tube.
2. Different items should be classified and sterilized.
3. Check the pressure gauge frequently. When the pointer of the pressure gauge cannot be reset and the reading is inaccurate, the heat source should be cut off and the pressure gauge should be repaired or replaced in time.
