It is understood that as a leading enterprise in the pharmaceutical circulation industry, Kyushu Tong Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. is a joint-stock company with core businesses in Western medicine, Chinese medicine and medical device wholesale, logistics and distribution, retail chain and e-commerce. It is the largest private enterprise in Hubei Province. . The specific amount of funds to be raised will be determined based on the number of issuances approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the actual market conditions and price inquiries at the time of issuance.
According to the prospectus, after the fundraising is in place, the company will invest in the following 7 pharmaceutical logistics center new projects in order of priority: Shanghai Kyushu Tongda Pharmaceutical Storage Center (Phase I) project, Kyushu Tong Group Hangzhou Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Modern Pharmaceutical Branch Picking and distribution center project, Hubei prefecture-level (Shiyan, Yichang, Enshi) pharmaceutical logistics center construction project, Jiuzhou Tong Group Anguo Chinese herbal medicine logistics center (phase I) project, Heilongjiang Jiuzhou Tong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. modern pharmaceutical storage center (phase I) The project, Tianjin Jiuzhou Tongda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.'s annual processing capacity of 250 million yuan in drug storage and distribution capacity project (phase I), Xiamen Jiuzhou Tong modern pharmaceutical logistics center plant and supporting facilities (phase I) project and supplementary liquidity project. It is reported that in September 2007, Kyushu Tong obtained a joint investment of US $ 60 million from 7 overseas companies. These 7 overseas companies are: Japan ITOCHU Corporation, Japan Toho Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., German Development Bank, Dutch Development Bank, Hong Kong Huifa Fund, Hong Kong Value Partners Fund and Japanese AI company. Seven overseas investors jointly invested through a foreign company established in the British Virgin Islands to invest in Kyushu Tong through capital increase, and accounted for 29.63% of the company's equity.
According to the initial investment agreement, the seven investors are divided into three categories. The first are strategic investors, such as Toho and Ito. They provide management and technical support for the company. They do not withdraw after the company is listed; while fund investors are in the capital market.
